About Nicky

Nicky Marshall is a qualified Soul Signatures® Ambassador, Deep Structure NLP Practitioner and founder of The Hidden Pain Detective. Based in Plymouth, Devon, she works with people online across the UK. Naturally curious about what lies beneath the surface, Nicky's work is grounded in exploring the whole person rather than simply focusing on what is immediately visible. She believes we often hold far more wisdom and answers within ourselves than we realise, and sometimes need the right space and support to uncover them.

After almost 30 years in the corporate world and 26 years working as a Reflexologist, Nicky's own personal development journey led her to train in Deep Structure NLP and establish The Hidden Pain Detective, supporting people to explore the deeper patterns and root causes underlying how they feel. Her journey with Soul Signatures® has brought a further dimension to this work. Through the Signatures, Nicky has experienced greater self-recognition, developed deeper trust in her intuition and discovered a way of working that brings together self-exploration with her longstanding interest in energy and crystals. For Nicky, Soul Signatures® are not about being told “this is who you are.” They offer an invitation to explore what resonates, notice what emerges and recognise more of what is already present within you.

Working with Nicky

Nicky brings together Soul Signatures®, Deep Structure NLP and energetic exploration to support greater self-awareness, inner connection and personal discovery. She is particularly drawn to working with the individual Soul Signatures® energetically and incorporating crystals to amplify and explore their qualities and energy. 

Alongside her Soul Signatures® work, Nicky offers one-to-one Hidden Pain Detective sessions using Deep Structure NLP, as well as Deeper Connection - a monthly space to pause, connect and reflect. Her wider work includes workplace wellbeing support, Reconnection Days, journalling and self-coaching resources. Across everything she offers, Nicky's approach remains centred on looking beyond the obvious, creating space for deeper exploration and helping people reconnect with the insight and wisdom already within themselves.
