About Lindsey
Lindsey Shepherd is a qualified Soul Signatures® Ambassador, holistic grief practitioner and founder of Hocokah Wellbeing. Her work brings together therapeutic approaches, personal development, energy healing and soul-led guidance in a grounded and accessible way. With more than 30 years devoted to personal, spiritual and professional development, Lindsey has trained across a range of approaches including coaching, NLP, Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) and energy healing.

She also integrates Soul Signatures® with metaphysical and energy healing and incorporates the methodology into workshops and, where appropriate, her grief work, coaching and IEMT sessions.
